What’s a TILT Tipsy Kit?
TILT Tipsy Kits™ are branded kits delivered with all the ingredients you need to make bar quality classic and specialty cocktails at home. Each cocktail recipe serves two. Inside are step by step recipe guides that walk you through making your cocktails from mixing to garnishing like a pro. Choose a kit designed by spirit, Vodka, Bourbon/Whiskey, Gin, and Tequila. Mix 4 or 6 cocktails per kit. We ship twice per month on or around the 15th and 30th
What is a TILT Tipsy Kit Subscription?
We have designed our 6 – week subscription service to help you discover the bartender in you! We teach you how to create classic and unique cocktails, discover craft and top shelf spirits and give you the tools to introduce you to the art of cocktail creation. The recipes included with your kits are created by local bartenders and experts at some of the most well-known cocktail establishments around the country. There is no membership fee, and no minimum commitment. Automatically, receive a new kit with new step by step recipe guides, ingredients, and special gifts every 6-weeks. You can skip a delivery in advance or cancel at any time.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No, there are no hidden fees. A subscription member may place an order for an additional kit at any point. Additional orders and special requests will be charged a separate fee.
What is included in the kit?
Your kit will arrive with all the ingredients you need to make the two or four cocktail recipes featured in your kit. While we do not include all bar tools you might need, we do include a shaker and jigger for measuring. Complete bar tool sets are included with our subscription. Due to occasional shipping delays, we may periodically stop including fresh fruit in our kits. We make up for it by incorporating artisan fruit syrups and other interesting ingredients into our recipes when we cannot.
Do the kits contain alcohol?
The choice is yours! We’ve partnered with liquor merchants to include the spirits your cocktail recipes require. You’ll receive all non-alcoholic ingredients and featured recipe materials directly from TILT Cocktail Kits along with a separate alcohol shipment from one of our partners in certain areas. You'll receive two tracking numbers once your order ships. We do our best to match delivery dates of both packages.
Don’t have what you need? We will ship you the brand and size bottle of spirit you need for your particular kit. Kits do not exceed the need for more than 375ml of spirits. Our classic kit works perfectly with 50ml minis, especially for outdoor activities! The kit is also a great way to clean up those corners in the bottles taking up space.
How are the kits shipped?
Due to the regulations of shipping alcohol in the US, we work with liquor merchant partners to deliver 375ml-sized spirits to your door. Both our subscription kits and single kits are sent in two shipments depending on location. You’ll receive the alcohol straight from our merchant partner while all the non-alcoholic components and fresh ingredients, including tools and printed materials, will arrive direct from TILT Cocktail Kits. Every order receives an email letting you know your Tipsy Kit is on the way.
Please note: an adult 21 or older must be present to sign for any alcohol. To avoid any unnecessary situations, it is strongly recommended you ship your order to a business address if possible. Contact us at support@tipsykits.com with a business address for your alcohol shipment, non-alcoholic ingredients can be shipped to your home if you prefer.
Where do we ship?
Our kits with alcohol are shipped to all states that allow distributors and/or offer on demand delivery services. Please contact us if your state has restrictive alcohol regulations. Our kits without alcohol can ship anywhere within the US. We only ship throughout the US; we do not ship internationally. Subscriptions and orders placed with a shipping address to an area we cannot service will be canceled, and we will issue a total refund. If you have questions regarding whether our merchant partner can ship alcohol to you, contact us at support@tipsykits.com.
Am I able to return or exchange my cocktail kit?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of kits that have already shipped. Our subscription and one-time kits cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
We strive to send only high quality, fresh ingredients to you. However, if you are unhappy with your items, please let us know so we can find a way to help. Please contact us at support@tipsykits.com.
When will my cocktail kit arrive?
In general, we fulfill single kit purchases on the 15th and 30th of each month. Transportation times are typically 2-3 business days once shipping begins. During peak times we will fulfill single kits on a daily basis typically, Nov – Jan.
We ship all subscriptions at the same time. Every 6th week based on the calendar year, on the 15th of the month. Depending on where you are in the country, you should expect your packages to arrive 2-3 days later.
What will I receive if I sign up for a subscription?
Every 6 weeks, we'll send you a kit featuring new cocktail recipes created by a top local bartender. Each kit contains all the ingredients (including alcohol) needed to create the featured cocktails. Learn a new bartending technique with each kit! Begin your subscription with the basic tools, shaker, jigger and strainer. Each kit includes bartender tested tools needed to make the featured cocktails. Bring out the bartender in you with printed step by step recipe cards, video instruction and additional cocktail ideas. We ship 375ml-sized product, so you'll be able to master the recipe and add variety to your home bar at the same time.
When am I billed for the 6-week recurring membership?
We charge your credit card at sign up; you'll see your subsequent charges when your kit is scheduled. Your credit card will be charged on the 5th day of the scheduled delivery month unless you decide to opt-out for the month or cancel your subscription. Please cancel by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged again. Subscriptions cancelled after the 5th will take effect the following 6-week schedule.
Do you create custom kits or offer bulk buys?
Yes! Our cocktail kits make memorable gifts for both personal and corporate relationships. Contact us at support@tipsykits.com and we'll help you create a personalized kit fit for any occasion.
Can I update my account, shipping, and/or billing information?
Yes. Simply contact us at support@tipsykits.com with any changes to your shipping and/or billing information and we will update your account. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure your subscription service is uninterrupted. You can contact us to change, cancel, or renew your subscription. Please include your name, address used and date of order.
